Michael D. Villa, DDS, is a periodontist providing comprehensive periodontal and implant care. He is currently pursuing board certification through the American Board of Periodontology, with anticipated completion in 2028. He focuses on the treatment of periodontal disease, dental implant therapy, soft tissue management, surgical extractions, and related periodontal procedures, with an emphasis on precision, patient comfort, and long-term oral health.

Dr. Villa began his dental career as a Registered Dental Hygienist after graduating from New York City College of Technology (CUNY), where he developed a strong foundation in preventive and periodontal care. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (SUNY) and completed his speciality training in Periodontics at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he received his Certificate in Periodontology.

Dr. Villa is known for his calm, attentive approach and believes that patient education and clear communication are essential to successful treatment. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Outside of the office, Dr. Villa enjoys travelling, following New York baseball and basketball, especially the Knicks, and spending time with his daughter.
